Terms & Conditions

50% Deposit is required to book for any event. You are booking the date and the vehicle. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

       A) Due to the nature of the rental business we block the date(s) for any and all events and refuse all other potential bookings.

      B) To reschedule your event, another 50% Deposit is required. No Exceptions. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

      C) Rentals are "RAIN or SHINE" please plan accordingly. 

      D) You are booking for a specific date and a specific display. Deposits are not a retainer for services or dates to be negotiated later. No Exceptions.

No person or party, other than a RAZORFLY STUDIOS, INC employee, is allowed to operate any RAZORFLY STUDIOS, INC vehicle. Rentals are for static displays only unless otherwise negotiated with RAZORFLY STUDIOS, INC. Additional Conditions and Fees may apply.

Final payment must be paid IN FULL before unloading or Load-In of any RAZORFLY STUDIOS, INC vehicle. No exceptions.

Client and/or Renter is responsible for any and all damages to any RAZORFLY STUDIOS, INC vehicle, prop, and/or costume during rental duration. This includes, but not limited to, any and all damages caused by event Staff, Guests, Patrons, and Uninvited Persons.

RAZORFLY STUDIOS, INC solely reserves the right to cancel services at any time, including but not limited to, an on-going event that RAZORFLY STUDIOS, INC is actively participating for the following reasons:

1) Unruly atmosphere: We all love to have a good time. However, if the climate becomes that of which could cause harm to a RAZORFLY STUDIOS, INC employee or property we will leave the venue at RAZORFLY STUDIOS, INC's discretion. This will be discussed with CLIENT.

2) Inclement Weather: Rain doesn't scare us! Lightning, Tornadoes, Hurricanes, Flash Floods do! If the weather conditions become dangerous to employees or property we will leave the venue at RAZORFLY STUDIOS, INC's discretion. This will be discussed with CLIENT.

3) Outside influences: RAZORFLY STUDIOS, INC will, at it's discretion, exit an engagement if the outside environment becomes dangerous for any RAZORFLY STUDIOS, INC employee or property. Including, but not limited to, RIOTING, CURFEWS, ENVIROMENTAL DISASTERS, ACTS OF GOD, WAR, CIVIL UNREST, etc. This will be discussed with CLIENT.

4) No refunds will be provided in any of these situations.

RAZORFLY STUDIOS, INC will reserve the right to change, edit, adjust, add to, remove, Terms and Conditions from time-to-time. We try to accommodate for every eventuality, however since our time machine isn't real, we will keep this page updated.
